Weezer Inglewood Concert reviews
Chris Tucker was terrible, dry, boring and rusty!!
Here is the rearranged version of the review with a few words switched:
I love Chris and stand up comedy, but where was the comedy? I would like my hard-earned money back! When I YouTube Chris, he is hilarious, but in person. No way. He's lost his humor. I am the easiest person to entertain, I was class clown thru school, and as an adult I laugh at almost everything, but this was terrible. Where were the jokes on current events? Where were the political jokes? The roach jokes? The ghetto jokes? The racist jokes? Heck, any jokes would've been welcome. I understand he loves Michael Jackson, we all do, but if I wanted a tribute to Mike I would've done that. You can only imitate singers for so long, it's boring. Ok, great, so you can imitate a singer, but where is the humor in that? The opening act was too lengthy, probably with better jokes than Chris, but performed too long. Unknown talents don't need that much time, because we're not paying our hard-earned money for them. I watched about 30 minutes of Weezer before I was ready to rip my hair out and drool from boredom. I wasted money on my ticket and parking. Total waste! I'm so let down by his performance. People were leaving in droves, and there were plenty of empty seats in the balcony and on the floor. The sound system was awful, no one could hear properly. I could barely make out the words. I was struggling to hear anything. People were complaining nonstop, and they claimed to fix it but it wasn't resolved. I couldn't hear anything, really. The voices were muffled the whole night. It was just plain awful. I will never return to this venue and will never pay for another Weezer show. He needs to revisit comedy 101, you know, return to the basics. The things that truly make people laugh. For instance, his roach rant on YouTube is hilarious! He's lost his humor.
